WHAT IS PRIVATE CLIENT SHOW PHOTOGRAPHY?
Private client show photography combines sports, documentary & portrait style photography, as well as cinematographic slow motion clips to tell your unique story. As a private photographer, Holly gets to focus on YOU, during the moments that really matter! Big smiles & pony pats will always be her favorite show photos. And they’ll be yours too. HOW WILL YOU KNOW WHEN I SHOW? WILL YOU COVER EVERY ROUND?
With the help of ShowGroundsLive & regular client communication, Holly can easily stay on top of what classes you’re entered in & when those classes are supposed to run. As we all know, shows never really run on time, so it’s always helpful when the client is willing to send a quick text before hopping on for their warm up! Clients can expect around 75% coverage of their rounds. Holly always strives to provide 100% coverage, but with potential ring conflicts, it can’t be guaranteed. Having a limited client list & focusing on Hunters & Big Eq help to reduce the chances of ring conflicts, but they can never be fully avoided.
HOW & WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY IMAGES?
All images & videos are uploaded to privately accessed online galleries within 48 hours of being taken. Daily uploads typically happen each evening.
WHAT IS PRICING? WHAT IS INCLUDED?
Platinum: $1500: Includes coverage of one horse Wednesday-Sunday, including pro rides. Clients will receive high resolution files of all digital images & priority editing, which means you will be the first to receive your photos & videos from the day! Additional horses are $750 each. There are only 3 Platinum spots available each week.
Gold: $1000: Includes 2-3 days of coverage of one horse. Clients will receive web resolution files of all digital images. Additional horses are $500 each. There are up to 5 Gold spots available each week, depending on how many horses are signed up in each spot.
